Dairy Queen in Letdbridge

Took son for supper. Took over 20 mins to get 2 burgers. When it finally arrived at our table. There was no apology and still hadnt gotten drinks. The guy that brought the food said figures she didnt give you cups yet. Just go get cups and help yourself. Not sure we will be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Bothers me how they have to hold the blizzards upside down. But overall fun place. Best ice cream cakes around

I came through the drive thru and the people ahead of me took 8 minutes at the window because everyone was admiring their cute puppy. 10/10 would get stuck behind a car with doggos again.

Another typical DQ so no surprises. The staff have always been friendly and my food has always been made fresh. Unlike the other DQ on the west side this one has never once gotten my order wrong. The manager always pitches in with customers when their cashiers are swamped, something you don't often see in fast food or any regular restaurant for that matter. Also I never had an issue with parking.

Everything was cold. We eat out just to remind ourselves why we don't. Spent $20 with a coupon could have had a good meal at home for less. ARGH. I also love the fact that you get back to everybody that gives you a negative comment with the exact same remarks. and like everyone else, you won't have to worry I will never be back either!

Ordered a cake online. Was ready when expected and the staff were very helpful and friendly by offering plates and utensils when I asked if there were utensils available. Cake was enjoyed by all. Will definitely be back for the next special occasion 😊

Forgot the gravy with my chicken tenders twice in a row...... So now you pay $12 for a small pile of fries and tenders. I'll drive the extra 5 mins to the other one from now on

The food tastes good, and the employees are friendly. But, my burger was squished and falling apart when I received it and my drink was mostly ice.

Pretty standard fast food. Their frozen treats are waaaay over priced. I'd rather just get a litre of better icecream at a nearby grocery store

This is probably one of the best Dairy Queens that I have every gone to. The staff go above and beyond to try and make the experience a good one. Unlike many other locations, if there is any delay at all, they tell you to go sit down right away and that they’ll bring you the food. The staff always greet with a smile and thank you for visiting, which is a lot more than I get at most other locations.

Delicious as always ! I like the fact that when you order you are given a number and they bring your meal directly to your table. Also if you order ice cream you can have it paid for at the till and then get it at the end of your meal. Also do not forget to add the Dairy Queen app to your phone and login to get great savings on meals for nearly half the price sometimes it is one of my favourite places to eat as it has always been because it brings back great childhood memories Dairy Queen has the best flavoured burgers out of any franchise and you can smell them from blocks away. Though the location may be busy at timesThey always deliver with a decent speed. Makes me hungry just writing this!

I love when you spend almost 14 dollars on two blizzards only to get home and realized you didn't even get what you ordered. Pretty sure skor sound nothing like cookie dough.

This is a great place to get ice cream! I never have to wait long and everything is always very tasty. The restaurant is very clean, I noticed the bathrooms in particular were spotless, felt very sanitary. One time I came here for lunch and I felt the burger could not have been better. High quality taste that went perfectly with a DQ blizzard. Happy to come here regularly!

For $7 I can get 3 chicken strips & fries & big drink & Sunday ice cream

Expensive (like all Dairy Queens) for ice cream that melts fast. I'd let it go that they forgot to dip my dipped cone and my husband got a drink with no straw except they weren't very busy, so theres no excuse. Also their pop is very flat or watered down.

Right after my wife and I ordered, I went to grab a high chair for my daughter to sit in. As I picked it up, an employee who was on his break, offered to help. That was incredibly kind and why my wife and I drive across town to go to this DQ instead of the one closer to our house. Oh yeah, and the food is fantastic too.

Friendly staff, burgers are always really good, and the place is pretty clean. Overall good experience.

We went through the drive through, and ordered a blizzard that contained caramel, it is even in the name of the blizzard. When we got to the window where we pick up the order we watched the employee make the blizzard she ran out of caramel sauce and was trying to pump more in the cup but none would come out. When they handed us the blizzard I asked if they could put more caramel sauce in since it had run out and the bag had been replaced. The guy asked the employee that made the blizzard she said no she did put caramel in, so he handed it back to me, I took it and said well thank you I won't be back to this location. We went home and added Carmel sauce to the already over priced icecream.

Was February 27 and a gentleman was wanting the February deals.The woman kept remarking how we were into march deals (in February) and he wasnt going to get served.I'm completely agree with the gentleman. Make it more clear so people still want to eat there. I will never dine there again. Disgusting.

It was good food and icecream. What you would expect from any Dairy Queen. The staff were friendly and quick to take our order.
